PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there will be a public hearing before the Town Board of the Town of Stockport to be held at the Town Hall, 2787 Atlantic Avenue, Stockport, New York on Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2025, at 7:00 pm to consider the following:

Local Law No. 1 of the year 2025 – A local law to amend the procurement policy of the Town of Stockport.

 Local Law No. 3 of the year 2024 – A local law “to extend a temporary three (3) month moratorium on Solar Energy Uses within the Town of Stockport.”
