NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing before the Planning Board of the Town of Stockport will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Stockport Town Hall, to consider the following application:
Application #25-05 – Application of AEC Solar Energy Corp – Site Plan Review and Approval. Applicant is seeking to install a 11.48W ground mounted solar system on property located at 56 Fitting Road, Town of Stockport, New York (property owned by WilliamBaker).
Application of Anthony King – Special Use Permit and Site Plan Review and Approval. Applicant is seeking approval to use existing building for motor vehicle repair shop and towing on property located at 1233 Route 9, Town of Stockport, New York.
The above applications are open to inspection at the office of the Planning Board, Stockport Town Hall, 2787 Atlantic Avenue, Stottville, New York. Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative. Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Board, or at such hearing.
