Town Court

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE TIME OF COURT HAS CHANGED!

Stockport Town Court is open on Monday nights from 5:00PM - 8:00PM. 
Defendants will be notified by mail of their next court date.

Our Court is also open every Saturday from 9:00AM - NOON and during the week by appointment to process payments, license suspensions, etc.
There are no judges in attendance on those days.

Please contact the Court at 518-828-9389, option 6 if you have any questions or want to schedule an appointment. The phone will be monitored and voicemails will be returned.

No Court sessions will be held on Federal Holidays.

All Court matters must be addressed with Court personnel only. 
Court is held Monday nights beginning at 5:00PM, unless it is a holiday.
