NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Stockport will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Stockport Town Hall, to consider the following applications:
Case #03-26 – Jeannie & Jason LoVullo – Site Plan Review and Approval – Applicant is requesting an area variance to build two-car garage in front of home. Property is located at 2841 Atlantic Ave., Town of Stockport, NY.
The above application is open to inspection at the office of the Planning Board, Stockport Town Hall, 2787 Atlantic Avenue, Stottville, New York. Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative.
Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Board, or at such hearing.
